Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping fees, handling charges, and related costs are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refunded amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
